The company name A.O. Monarch Healthcare Consultants is derived from three words: Alpha, Omega and Monarch. We shortened the name to A.O. Monarch.
Alpha [al-fuh] — the first; beginning.
Omega [oh-me-guh] — the last of any series; the end.
Monarch [mon-erk, ahrk] — one that surpasses others in preeminence by holding a dominant position.
A.O. Monarch strives to be the dominant leader in permanent physician search and consulting, from when we first take on your search to when we
complete it. We will provide the highest level of service until your recruitment journey is complete — "From beginning to end, every step of
